Candidate notice — November 3, 2026

The Pursuit Guide is an independent affiliate publication operated by Estay Marketing LLC. This notice describes this website, not websites you visit through our links.

Information used to serve the website

Our public website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting. Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Its processing is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cookies, advertising, and forms

Our first-party measurement does not use cookies, persistent visitor IDs or sessions, and this page does not collect forms or embed videos. On eligible landing-page loads, Meta Pixel sends PageView and, once per page load after a genuine course-link click, VendorOutboundClick to Meta dataset 1422856969500593. We do not send Purchase, InitiateCheckout or Lead from this page. Meta’s script may use cookies and process the page URL, click identifiers and technical browser/network information under Meta’s policies; this is separate from our first-party database. Hosting security features may process information separately.

First-party page measurement

Our landing page records a visible page load, whether it included a genuine course-link click, whether at least half of each of the three seller buttons entered the visible viewport, and interaction with each of the three sound-demo controls. Demo interaction means a button press, not confirmed audible playback. A coarse mobile/tablet/desktop category is based on initial viewport width, not a device fingerprint. We do not measure sessions or unique visitors. A random identifier exists only for the current page load so repeated events can be counted once. It is not used to recognize you on other pages or websites. The events include supported campaign, ad-group and ad IDs from the page link. Unrecognized or incomplete combinations are counted without advertising attribution.

Our measurement database records the event date, page-load identifier, approved advertising IDs the landing build, coarse viewport category, a QA flag, and whether each event occurred. It does not store your IP address, browser fingerprint, full URL, referrer, email or Facebook click identifier. Cloudflare still processes technical requests to host and protect this service. These measurements help us compare advertising costs, page loads and course-button clicks. They do not prove a purchase or identify unique people.

Neither our first-party measurement nor our Meta Pixel code loads/sends measurement events when your browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also open the guide with ?measurement=off added to its URL to disable our first-party measurement and prevent our Meta Pixel initialization for that page load. This does not disable tracking after following an affiliate link on ClickBank or PianoForAll’s websites. Blocking scripts or requests can also prevent measurement. These choices do not prevent you from reading the page or using the course link.

The collector removes event records older than 30 days when it next receives an accepted event. If collection stops, remaining records persist until administrative deletion. Private aggregate reports may be retained for campaign analysis. Access to the database and reports is restricted to the operator; there is no public reporting endpoint.

Identified QA visits are kept separate from business page-load totals. Diagnostic reports exclude them by default.

Affiliate links and other websites

Our course button is a ClickBank affiliate link. If you use it, ClickBank receives the request and can attribute a qualifying purchase to us. A local script copies supported traffic-source, campaign, ad-group, ad, creative, tracking-label (TID), and Meta click identifier (fbclid) parameters from the current page URL into that link when present and valid. The default tracking label is tpg_piano_v1. A Meta click identifier can link a visit to an advertising click. These parameters support campaign reporting and conversion matching; ClickBank may share conversion information with Meta through our configured integration. The script does not store identifiers in cookies or browser storage or send them separately in the background.

ClickBank and the seller may use their own cookies and collect information under their own policies. We may receive commission and transaction reporting from ClickBank. We do not receive your payment-card details through this website. Please review the policies and purchase terms on the destination sites before proceeding.
